DWLZ (Dotti Weight Loss Zone) Food For Thought
The DWLZ website is a very homely place. I have not met Dotti, but I would guess her website is Dotti through and through. DWLZ is not a slick hard sell website, as so many are these days, but warm and friendly, as well as inviting. It is also very colourful, again in a homely sort of way.
No wonder DWLZ is popular. The Dotti Weight Loss Zone has over 30,000 members, which in today's competitive weight loss market is very impressive and clearly deserved.
DWLZ has a number of different sections, but I headed straight to the recipes, clutching my little bit of spare tyre around my waist as I went. Weight loss is not to me a great personal concern, but I have been diet conscious for many years, decades in fact. And that spare tyre has grown since I married a great cook and spent more of my day at home on the computer.
I must say I found the DWLZ recipes mouth watering, and I got stuck for some time on the appetisers. Mundane weight loss recipes? Not a bit of it. Reading through the recipes you may think you were in a gourmet's training zone, not a weight loss zone of any type.
Dotti is a former Weight Watcher, and each of the recipes is given a WW point score, so that you can take a fair perspective of temptation against result. Apart from the appetisers, at the DWLZ recipe section there are sections on meat, beverages, Chinese, sandwiches, wraps and pitas, and just about everything else you can think of.
If you have put off a weight loss program because of the thought of being limited to boring food, then think again. DWLZ will be manna from heaven once you reach the recipes.
You can read the full story of Dotti by visiting DWLZ, and enjoy the recipes while you are there.
Enjoy yourselves. I'm off to get the dumbbells out.
